The para program here helps suit the needs of rowers with a range of physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities such as neurological diseases, hearing loss, and intellectual disability. We're looking for volunteers to help bow doubles with the Para Advanced Sculling group. The Para Advanced Sculling group is designed for rowers who have mastered the fundamentals. Volunteers are expected to help carry boats, carry equipment, and provide encouragement throughout practice. In the boat, the volunteer's role is to help with bowing the double, including steering, rowing, and setting the boat.
